A natural systems thinker, he's amassed extensive experience super charging renewable energy companies with intelligent design.

Leo brings over a decade of sales experience. He has successfully run and scaled multiple sales teams up to €26,000,000 in annual revenue. He has taken conversion rates from 1% to 5% on third-party lead sources and overseen the commercial strategy behind multiple seven-figure scaling projects. He has direct experience in building a strong high performing sales culture and managing B2C companies at scale.
