During this planning stage, we often provide simple guidance on reporting, to improve the data baseline while we map out the path to a much tighter sales function.

Ryan has had an eclectic career across filmmaking and digital marketing. An academy long-listed film editor, he holds two first class degrees in film and psychology respectively. In recent years, he has carved out a role in the renewable energy industry, bridging the gap between digital marketing and sales through a mixture of technology and process improvement. A natural systems thinker, he's amassed extensive experience super charging renewable energy companies with intelligent design.

He has taken conversion rates from 1% to 5% on third-party lead sources and overseen the commercial strategy behind multiple seven-figure scaling projects. He has direct experience in building a strong high performing sales culture and managing B2C companies at scale.
